She planned and executed all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns. She also measured and reported performance of all campaigns and assessed against goals to identify trends and insights, and to optimize spending and performance. Noma and her husband first became interested in adoption in 2006, when a devastating earthquake left thousands of children orphaned in Pakistan. After a chance encounter with their son during a visit to Morocco in 2015, Noma and her family decided to grow their family through adoption.
Noma has worked in various capacities to serve the orphans of Morocco for the past three years. Before launching B.L.O.O.M., she volunteered as the Chairperson of Digital Media and Marketing at a U.S. based adoption agency.
Noma currently resides in Richmond, Virginia with her husband and four children.
